As I expected, there are thousands of roofers in the area, fortunately, when Zac came out to give us an estimate on a new shingle roof and to repair gutters another contractor destroyed, my wife and I felt very comfortable with our decision. He was clear from the beginning about expectations and let us know everything that was going on throughout the process. Call Key and try to work with Zac if possible. I will be calling Key for any roofing or exterior need in the future.
