First Step

*20 minute process per home

Step 1 - Sign contingency agreement:

  • The signed contingency agreement puts the homeowner in queue for roof inspection.


  • Leave signed copy with homeowner then scan into Giddyup ASAP


  • Notate leak urgency for tarping/felt application – water damage does not necessarily mean an active leak


Step 2 - Scan a copy of Insurance Policy Declarations and Upload:

Tile Roof: Key Roofing will send a public adjuster.

Shingle Roof: Have customer start insurance claim and send the claim number and insurance field agent inspection appointment as soon as received.


Step 3 - Take Photos

  • Take photos starting with the house number, then a full picture of the front and work around the house COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
  • Upload all of the pictures to Giddyup
